As a Telesales Specialist at Rutz Wellness Ltd, you will be responsible for converting leads acquired by the marketing team into customers. 

You will engage with potential customers over the phone, educate/offer consultation service to them, and persuade them to make an informed decision in purchasing our solution. Your role is crucial in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

👌Responsibilities

  • Contacting leads and persuading them to make informed decisions about purchasing our solution
  • Forwarding customer orders to delivery partners for delivery
  • Following up with delivery partners for successful delivery
  • Following up with customers to ensure a successful sale
  • Confirming customer payment with an accountant
  • Gathering feedback from satisfied or returning customers in the form of Video/Screenshot, Picture, Chat screenshot
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction
  • Recommend the best offer for the customer.
